1. How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 5–9 working days, depending on your location.

2. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, COD is available on most products unless mentioned otherwise.

3. How can I track my order?
Once shipped, a tracking link will be shared via email/SMS.

4. What if the product is damaged?
Please send us an unboxing video within 2 days of delivery to claim return/refund.

5. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

6. Do I have to pay shipping charges?
 - all orders come with free shipping.
